Tracey D. Hayes
Tracey D. Hayes is the Customer Care Coordinator for the Cincinnati Business Incubator, by providing and managing administrative support to in-house and partner clients, she handles direct business technical assistance and referral support for potential and emerging small business owners to improve business education and enhance networking opportunities. Tracey has 9 years of customer relations experience in various fields. She has worked with leading companies in Finance Management, Retail Operation, and the Food Service Industry.

Ms. Hayes a Cincinnati native, started to receive her higher learning at Raymond Walters College of the University of Cincinnati, Blue Ash, Ohio for Business Administration. Continuing her quest for success, pursuing an Associate degree of Applied Business: Business Management from AEC Southern Ohio College. She has successfully completed Leadership Training from the GrassRoots Leadership Academy-2002. Also completed an extensive four- month SmartBusiness Training Program through the SmartMoney Build Your Own Business Program-2002.

In the summer of 2002 Tracey received special recognition from Ohio representative- Sam Britton, Ohio House of Representatives for demonstrating community participation by developing and implementing Cincinnati’s first Tenant’s Union (T.A.U.L.) Tenant Against Unlawful Landlords. A volunteer-based organization that provides non-homeowners (Tenant) resource information to laws, counseling, monthly round table meeting, online directory and a quarterly newsletter.

Tracey Hayes is President & CEO of Baskets` n’ Balloons, a small home-based gift and party supply retailer providing a variety of theme and customizable gift baskets representing holidays, special occasions and celebrated personal events.
